Our foreign domestic helpers come from MOM-approved countries. In Singapore, all foreign domestic workers will require a valid work permit before she is able to commence work. With our streamlined procedures, we are able to smoothly go through the various procedures ranging from the in-principle approval (IPA), medical examinations to work permit application.
The application process is made as simple and pleasant as possible with our services, including:
– Submission to MOM for IPA approval
– Foreign domestic helpers to clear and pass the medical examinations in their country
– Ensuring necessary documents are in order for a smooth travel to Singapore
– Obtaining the FDW insurance and security bond to be submitted to MOM
– Arranging for medical examination, serology test, NIR update and settling-in programme (1st timer worker in Singapore) before helper can be sent to your house to start work
– Arranging for thumbprint appointment with MOM for work permit issuance
– Expediting these processes for approval
It is possible to extend your helper’s stay after 2 years contract. Once every 24 months, your worker’s work permit will expire and need to be renewed. The renewal process is made easy using our services, as in some cases, renewing the foreign domestic helper’s passport and work visa, they may require a stamp from her home country’s embassy in Singapore.
